The Pender Islands Community Hall hosts a variety of events each year. Listen to a concert, enjoy a play, and view an art exhibit at this location. Pender Islands' annual Fall Fair and a farmers market are also featured. The hall may be rented.

Alert Bay Big House
Built in 1963, this big house is modeled on the traditional residence of the Kwakwaka'wakw people. The building is now used primarily for potlatches, a type of celebration. The T'sasala Cultural Group regularly perform traditional songs and dances here.
